Licenced psychologist and PhD student

I believe that negative or stressful experiences from the past can continue to influence how we think about ourselves, others, and our relationships as adults. As a psychologist, I want to help you recognise and process these patterns, creating space for change and a more balanced life.

Introduction

During our work together, I strive to create space to pause, look at what is currently causing difficulty, and better understand the patterns that appear again and again in different areas of your life. I believe it is important to pay attention not only to the difficulties during the process, but also to the internal resources that can help us find new perspectives and solutions.

Services

There are times in life when a situation, relationship or recurring feeling makes us stop and ask ourselves the question “What happened to me?” “Who have I become?” At such times, we may also notice that our previous solutions no longer work or it is difficult to navigate the web of our feelings. Psychological support can help in these situations. I can provide assistance in the following areas. Psychological consultation is conducted in Hungarian, but it is also possible in English.

„Amikor már nem tudunk megváltoztatni egy helyzetet, arra vagyunk hívva, hogy önmagunkat változtassuk meg.”
– Viktor Frankl

We cannot change every situation in our lives. I would like to help you better understand your own feelings, functioning, and find new opportunities for change.
